Robert W. Lash, M.D.

Dr. Lash, member of the LLuminari Expert Network, is a clinical associate professor of internal medicine, University of Michigan Medical School. His clinical interests are thyroid disease, diabetes, endocrine disorders in pregnancy, osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease, and medical education. A board certified internist and endocrinologist, Dr. Lash has an active clinical practice, including a role as one of the University of Michigan’s hospitalists. He is also Director of the medical schools’ two-year clinical foundations of medicine course where students cover clinical skills and doctor-patient communication.
