Dr. Janet Taylor is a psychiatrist in private practice in New York City. She is also the Medical Consultant for Children of Promise, an innovative program in Brooklyn that focuses on strengthening the children of families where a parent is incarcerated. She is a former Clinical Instructor of Psychiatry at Harlem Hospital affiliated with Columbia University
